Sowpeace Shipping Policy

At Sowpeace, we ensure every handcrafted and curated product is delivered to you with care, transparency, and efficiency. Our logistics network, powered by Shiprocket, enables us to provide fast and reliable shipping both within India and internationally.

1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • In-stock items are shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Custom or made-to-order items are shipped within 72 hours after customer verification and final confirmation.
  • Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 4–8 working days depending on your location and courier serviceability.
  • All domestic orders are shipped via Shiprocket using reliable courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and others.
  • We do not process or dispatch shipments on Sundays or on public holidays.

Once shipped, customers receive an email and SMS notification with the tracking number, courier details, and estimated delivery date.

2. International Shipping (Outside India)

We proudly ship worldwide so that Sowpeace’s handcrafted creations can reach customers across the globe. International orders undergo additional verification to ensure accuracy and safe delivery.

  • In-stock international orders are shipped within 72 hours after customer confirmation.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may take an additional 2–3 working days before dispatch to allow for crafting and quality checks.
  • All international shipments are handled via Shiprocket International and top courier partners such as DHL, FedEx, or India Post International.
  • Delivery timelines depend on the destination country but generally range between 15–25 working days after dispatch.
  • Before dispatch, we share clear product images and packaging videos with customers for transparency and quality assurance.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

  • All international customers are informed in advance about potential customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply in their country.
  • Sowpeace is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import charges levied by the destination authorities.
  • We offer two options for handling duties:
    • Pre-shipping Duty Payment: Customers can prepay customs duties before dispatch, ensuring smooth delivery without customs delays.
    • Post-delivery Duty Payment: Customers may choose to pay duties directly to their local customs authorities at the time of delivery.
  • Customers can select their preferred duty payment method while confirming their international order.

3. Order Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message containing the following:

  • Courier name and tracking number
  • Estimated delivery window
  • Tracking link to follow your order’s journey

You can also track your shipment anytime using the “Track Order” page on our website or the courier partner’s tracking portal.

4. Delivery Delays

We strive to ensure every order arrives on time. However, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, remote delivery locations, or customs inspections for international orders. In such cases, our support team will keep you informed promptly via email or WhatsApp.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or military addresses.
  • Some fragile, oversized, or restricted items may not be eligible for international shipping.
  • Shipping times may vary during festive periods, holidays, or promotional sales due to higher order volumes.
